Led a 40-person cross-functional team building Capital One's net-new standalone travel app from inception through its March 2026 launch. A full travel ecosystem: flights, hotels, rental cars, activities, and vacation packages, with miles redemption woven throughout and native features that set it apart.

- Led teams through IAD Dulles and DCA lounge openings
- Drove a major rewrite of core platform services
- Joint debugging session uncovered a nightly job bug causing 60-min runtimes; team resolved it to <5 min
